Hello, I’m Mark Wharton. Every job I ever had taught me something important. Lesson upon lesson until I found something I truly loved and a way to implement all these skills. When I found real estate everything clicked. Acquired skills over a lifetime of learning finally came together.

Real estate is such a basic need, a place to call home. There are a lot of choices, from a tent to a mansion. But that isn’t all, it can be an investment that will build your path to financial wealth and independence. Real estates values can grow with you.

There is more! My family and my church keep me on solid ground. Wife, Beth, two grown sons (and the exceptional women that married them) with kids of their own have my heart. I am a grandfather to Nicholas, Grant, Duncan, Sophia & Chloe. It’s true what they say about being a grandparent; it’s awesome!
