Hello, I’m Beth Wharton. I must admit, Real Estate was accidental. My husband discovered real estate years earlier and absolutely loved it. When my father passed away, I was looking for something new, not necessarily another job! However, I followed Mark as support for all the behind-the-scenes work; accounting, staging, photos, etc…

Fascinated by the quality and quantity of customer service, I earned my real estate license. As a real estate agent the stories are remarkable. I hear stories about sacrifice, determination, joy and sometimes sorrow. It’s those stories, the connections between friends, family and yes, even strangers that fascinate me. They add richness to the dash between the dates.

My personal life is full of great stories, too. Two wonderful sons. Two spectacular daughters-in-laws and five of the most delightful grandchildren you have ever seen! And I still make time for one of my great passions, genealogy. I volunteer at the Guernsey County Genealogical Society and it fills my heart to help others discover the stories in their families.
