$135,000

This 2-bedroom, 1 bath ranch offers some very unique scenery from its front porch view, the Cambridge Municipal Airport and the Cambridge Colgate Palmolive manufacturing plant. The home has a story to go with the view, previous owner was a pilot and worked at that plant till he retired. The home décor is dated but the electric has been updated, the windows are all insulated glass, a newer bath and shower combination. A newer heat pump efficiently heats and cools it. The eat in kitchen features sliding doors that open to the covered side deck. A dry basement is a feature you will always appreciate. A concrete paved drive leads to the 2-car garage. If you enjoy watching a view that is always changing this may be your perfect place. Owner will consider property or vehicle trade. Year built is unknown.
